40% off SALE (Friday-Sunday) --Say WHAT?!! :)

Who doesn't love a good sale, right?! I know I do! And this weekend I am putting my best selling item: "Helping Hands Take Home Volunteer System" on sale for 40% off all weekend (Friday-Sunday)!
Not only is this the most popular item in my store, it is also the most popular option for parents/guardians to choose to volunteer! I had 16 out of 22 parents/guardians be a take home volunteer last year! It was such a valuable system and so easy-peasy to use!!

This packet has everything you need to begin utilizing your Helping Hands take home volunteers system!

These thank you gifts included in the packet were a BIG hit with my take home volunteers this past year and I plan on using them again this year!
You can get a jump start on next year by grabbing this Volunteer take Home System for 40% on TPT this weekend only!

  3. This idea sounds great--but what do you use it for? Do you allow parents to grade papers? Because that & lesson planning are what take up most of my after-hours work. (Well, except for pinning new ideas for my classroom but I'm not giving that one up!)
    Thanks,

    1. Hi Terri! Thank you so much for your comment and questions! I don't have parents grade papers for confidentiality reasons, but I do use the Helping Hands system for:

      -cutting lamination
-tracing and cutting templates for craftivities
      -assembling and stapling paper books
-preparing various activities for science and holidays

I used to spend so much time doing those things, on top of the already time consuming lesson planning, grading, and pinning! :) But now I have parents do as much preparing of activities as I can and it has been a great way to partner with parents and also save me mega hours!

I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!

  4. Oooooh, I'd never give up my laminating to cut! I LOVE cutting it out--don't know why, but I find it relaxing and it gives me something to do while I watch TV (which I don't do much). Also, the two times I let someone else cut laminating for me (a parent & a student teacher), they didn't do it right. I HAVE to have that little edge around the item; don't you dare cut it too close & nip the cardstock. ;-) As I follow your blog I'll keep my out for things you probably "volunteered out." I am on the lookout for a way to organize in-class volunteers so I always have things for them to do (aside from working with students).
Thanks for your quick reply to my question.
